  • Intake visit (60 min, 1-on-1)
  • Two group sessions a week (up to 4 people), foundational strength training scaled to you
  • Two 30-minute one-on-ones a month

Intake Visit

Included with membership, or $175 on its own.

One-on-One Sessions

Individual time with me.

One-on-one time for training or for something that needs more individual attention. Same model either way. Members get lower rates and first access to openings.

How Membership Works

The details.

  • Billed monthly, in full, on the 1st
  • Your first 8 weeks, then month-to-month
  • 12-hour cancellation window. A late cancel or no-show uses that session.
  • Makeups are limited and based on availability
  • Sessions don't roll over
  • No drop-ins. Your two group times are reserved for you.
  • Movement Care is a direct-pay membership. We don't bill insurance.
